To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ensure that you have the receipt or proof of purchase available when requesting a refund.
Certain kinds of items are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: NUKKADH Return Center, 123 Marketplace Drive, Springfield, IL 62701. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
